These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PawMatch ("we," "us," or "our") at pawmatch.live (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PawMatch provides a dog breed matching quiz and related content. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

2. Payment and Access

Access to the PawMatch breed quiz requires a one-time payment of $1.99 per session. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

Upon successful payment, you receive access to the quiz and your breed match results. Quiz results are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once quiz access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your results, contact us at christineshepard81@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, breed guides, quiz questions, results, design, logos, and code — is the property of PawMatch and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Products

The Service contains affiliate links to third-party retailers including Amazon and Chewy. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. PawMatch is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

We do not control third-party websites or their content and are not responsible for their practices or availability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PawMatch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Breed match results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional veterinary or animal behavior advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or damage to your device, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
